Basketball Recap: Duluth Takes a Loss

Duluth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. The game between the Wildcats and the Peachtree Ridge Lions didn't end well, with the Wildcats falling 66-50. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 81-67 back in December of 2025.

Duluth's loss dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Peachtree Ridge, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-8.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Duluth will square off against rival Berkmar at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Peachtree Ridge is set to take on their familiar foe North Gwinnett at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
