Volleyball Recap: Lee's Summit's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Two

Blue Valley Northwest came into Saturday's matchup looking for another win against Lee's Summit, but Maren Moss wouldn't allow it. The Tigers came out on top against the Huskies by a score of 2-0 on Saturday thanks in part to Moss, who had 12 digs and two assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

The win made it two in a row for Lee's Summit and bumps their season record up to 5-10. As for Blue Valley Northwest, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Coincidentally, Lee's Summit and Blue Valley Northwest will both be playing Mill Valley the next time they take the court. The Tigers will head out to face the Jaguars at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Huskies will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
