Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Meridian). They breezed past the Bush Blazers to the tune of 83-46 on Saturday. Given the Trojans' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 65th, while the Blazers are ranked 245th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meridian pushed their record up to 17-7 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.2 points over those games. As for Bush, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-12.

As of now, neither Meridian nor Bush have any future games scheduled.
