Softball Recap: Franklin County Takes a Loss

Franklin County managed to slip by Jennings County the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Wildcats lost 11-0 to the Panthers on Tuesday.

Franklin County saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Izzy Bennett, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base.

Franklin County now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Jennings County, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 19-8.

Coming up, Franklin County will be playing in front of their home fans against Rushville at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jennings County, they will square off against South Dearborn at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
