Soccer Recap: Gar-Field Comes Up Short

Gar-Field was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They fell 4-2 to the Hylton Bulldogs. That's two games in a row now that Gar-Field have lost by exactly two goals.

Gar-Field's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Hylton, they moved to 2-5 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Gar-Field will challenge Woodbridge at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hylton, they will head out to challenge Potomac Senior at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hylton will be up against Potomac Senior's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.2 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
