Volleyball Recap: Innovation Academy Comes Up Short

Innovation Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Portland Panthers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-18, 25-8.

Innovation Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Portland, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-8 record this season.

Innovation Academy has already played their next contest (against East Robertson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Portland, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Hendersonville on the 16th.
