Basketball Recap: Randolph Campus Takes a Loss

Randolph Campus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 56-52 heartbreaker at the hands of Washington Heights Expeditionary. While losing is never fun, the Cougars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 309th, while Washington Heights Expeditionary are ranked 56th).

Randolph Campus' defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Washington Heights Expeditionary, the win keeps them at an undefeated 11-0.

Randolph Campus will welcome Tottenville at 1:30 p.m. on February 1st. As for Washington Heights Expeditionary, they will square off against Stuyvesant at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
