Volleyball Recap: Chatfield Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Chatfield lost against Denver South back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Chargers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ravens. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Chatfield started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 25-10, 25-23, 25-18.

Chatfield's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Denver South, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chatfield will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Valor Christian at 6:30 p.m. on the 26th. After both having extra time off, Denver South and Dakota Ridge will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:30 p.m. on the 25th.
