Volleyball Game Preview: Olympian Eagles vs. West Valley Mustangs + How To Watch

The Olympian Eagles will square off against the West Valley Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Olympian will be looking to extend their current ten-game winning streak.

Olympian is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over El Camino.

Meanwhile, West Valley unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of Cate by a score of 3-2.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, West Valley sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 23-25, 25-17, 21-25, 17-15.

Olympian will need to focus on slowing down Deonys Ioane, one of several West Valley players who made an impact when they last played. She had 18 digs, six kills, and one block. Ioane is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had six or more in each of the last five games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kamryn Hubbell, who had 24 digs and 16 kills.

West Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 15-19. As for Olympian, their win bumped their record up to 23-15.
