Baseball Recap: Shadle Park Takes a Loss

Shadle Park's last matchup with Ferris could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup on Tuesday. The Highlanders came up short against the Saxons, falling 15-5. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since March 23, 2018, but that streak is no more.

Shadle Park saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Matthew Pugh, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Shadle Park's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Ferris, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-13.

As of now, neither Shadle Park nor the Saxons have any future games scheduled.
