Basketball Recap: Goodwell Takes a Loss

Goodwell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 66-33 to the Balko Bison, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 468th, while the Bison are ranked 90th).

Goodwell's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Balko, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 9-1.

Goodwell has already played their next game (against Boise City), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Balko will be playing in front of their home fans against Tyrone at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
