Basketball Recap: McCauley Christian Academy Comes Up Short

McCauley Christian Academy lost against Gateway Christian back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The McCauley Christian Academy Warriors took a 56-38 bruising from the Gateway Christian Eagles.

McCauley Christian Academy dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Gateway Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

McCauley Christian Academy will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Winston at 6:00 p.m. on January 14, 2025. As for Gateway Christian, they will be home for the holidays to greet Austin Classical at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
