Basketball Game Preview: Mustang Broncos vs. Norman North Timberwolves

Mustang hasn't had much luck against Norman North recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Mustang Broncos are taking a road trip to take on the Norman North Timberwolves at 7:30 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Friday, Mustang didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Yukon, but they still walked away with a 43-38 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Broncos.

Meanwhile, Norman North waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They claimed a resounding 75-25 victory over the Generals. That looming 75-25 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Timberwolves yet this season.

Norman North is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.2 points per game. As for Mustang, their win bumped their record up to 6-7.

Mustang couldn't quite finish off Norman North in their previous meeting back in December of 2024 and fell 44-41. Can Mustang avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
