There's no place like home for Canal Winchester, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They walked away with a 60-50 win over the Logan Chieftains on Friday. The victory continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Chieftains: they've now won five in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Logan lost, don't look at Makenzie Daubenmire. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 25 points and 11 boards. Those 11 rebounds gave Daubenmire a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Ella Hinton, who posted eight points.

Canal Winchester's win bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Logan, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-17 record this season.
