Softball Recap: Centennial Comes Up Short

Centennial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 7-4 to the King Wolves. If the Huskies were looking for revenge after losing 14-3 to the Wolves when the teams met back in May of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Centennial's defeat dropped their record down to 10-13. As for King, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Centennial is set to take on their familiar foe Santiago at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, King will square off against rival Roosevelt at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
