Greenbrier has gone a perfect 4-0 against Macon County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Bobcats will square off against the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. Greenbrier will be strutting in after a victory while Macon County will be coming in after a loss.

Greenbrier is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past East Robertson 13-3 on Thursday. The Bobcats not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since March 13th (when they won 12-0).

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Macon County's offense. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Station Camp on Monday.

Greenbrier is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-11 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Macon County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season.

Greenbrier came out on top in a nail-biter against Macon County in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, sneaking past 11-10. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bobcats since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
