Football Recap: Saturday's Loss Ends Monroe-Woodbury's Winning Streak

Monroe-Woodbury and Mamaroneck squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Monroe-Woodbury had to settle for second. They were just a hair shy of victory and fell 25-24 to the Tigers. The Crusaders gained 246 more yards on the day, but it was the Tigers that made the best use of them.

Despite the loss, Monroe-Woodbury still got an impressive performance from ETHAN MALDONADO, who rushed for 91 yards and two scores, and also threw for 113 yards on eight of 19 attempts.
