Volleyball Recap: Western Reserve Has No Trouble Against Mckinley

Western Reserve won the last time they faced McKinley and things went their way on Monday too. The Blue Devils were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Trojans. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Devils.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-8, 25-9.

Angela Desanto was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had five aces and three digs. Those five aces gave her a new career-high.

Desanto wasn't the only good server: Western Reserve was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 23 aces. The Blue Devils are 2-1 when they serve at least ten aces.

The victory got Western Reserve back to even at 4-4. As for McKinley, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
