Pyramid Lake put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 63-55 victory over the Pershing County Mustangs. That's more bragging rights for the Lakers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Pershing County's loss came despite strong showings from Travis Donaldson and Ramon Sanchez. Donaldson went 7 for 16 on his way to 22 points and seven rebounds, while Sanchez posted seven points in addition to five rebounds and five steals. Sanchez is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played.

Pyramid Lake's win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points per game. As for Pershing County, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Pyramid Lake didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-35 loss against Dayton on the 7th. As for Pershing County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 52-48 defeat against Smith Valley on the 7th.
