Soccer Recap: St. Croix Lutheran Takes a Loss

After flying high against West Lutheran on Thursday, St. Croix Lutheran came back down to earth. The Crusaders fell just short of the St. Paul Academy-Summit Spartans by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The defeat continues a trend for St. Croix Lutheran in their meetings with St. Paul Academy-Summit: they've now lost three in a row.

St. Croix Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for St. Paul Academy-Summit, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Croix Lutheran is headed away from home for the first time to square off against Liberty Classical Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Paul Academy-Summit, they will head out to challenge Providence Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
