On Thursday Arapahoe will have to hit the road after four straight games at home. They will venture away from home to face off against the Heritage Eagles at 6:30 p.m. Arapahoe is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.6 goals per game this season.
Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Arapahoe finally turned things around against Adams City on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 5-1 win. The high-scoring effort was just what the Warriors needed considering they were shutout in their previous game.
Meanwhile, Heritage was able to grind out a solid victory over Castle View on Wednesday, taking the game 3-1. The Eagles' winning goal came courtesy of Luke Shields.
The win got Arapahoe back to even at 3-3. As for Heritage, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
