Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Paige Evans and Addison Shupert Lead North Adams to Victory

North Adams won the last time they faced Whiteoak and things went their way on Thursday too. The Green Devils put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Green Devils.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: North Adams took every set by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-6, 25-11.

Leading North Adams to victory were Addison Shupert and Paige Evans. Shupert had nine digs and one assist, while Evans hit 65.2% for 15 kills and eight digs and one block. Those 65.2% hitting percentage gave Evans a new career-high.

North Adams was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in four consecutive contests.

North Adams' record now sits at 7-4. As for Whiteoak, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.
