Soccer Game Preview: Liberty Christian vs. Parish Episcopal

Liberty Christian hasn't had much luck against Parish Episcopal recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Liberty Christian Warriors will venture away from home to face off against the Parish Episcopal Panthers at 7:00 p.m.

Liberty Christian fell victim to Nolan Catholic and their airtight defense last Thursday. They fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 1-0. Considering the last time the Warriors couldn't score was back in November of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

Meanwhile, Parish Episcopal waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They had just enough and edged the Vikings out 2-1. Two seems to be a good number for the Panthers as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of goals in their previous game.

Liberty Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Parish Episcopal, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-3-1.

Liberty Christian might still be hurting after the 8-2 loss they got from Parish Episcopal in their previous matchup back in January of 2023. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Liberty Christian was down 6-1.
