Softball Recap: Chisago Lakes Area's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

After flying high against North Branch on Tuesday, Chisago Lakes Area came back down to earth. The Wildcats fell just short of the Princeton Tigers by a score of 2-1 on Wednesday. The loss put an end to the Wildcats' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Chisago Lakes Area fell to 2-1. As for Princeton, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season.

While Chisago Lakes Area had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
