Mylee Mitchell put in work no matter where she played. She struck out 11 batters over six innings while giving up five earned (and one unearned) runs off three hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 14 consecutive appearances. She was even better at the plate, firing off two home runs and four RBI while going 2-for-4.

Mitchell wasn't the only one making solid contact as two players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Ava Helsel, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Helsel has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played.
