Basketball Recap: Ramsay Rams vs. Homewood Patriots
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ramsay). Everything went their way against the Homewood Patriots on Tuesday as the Ramsay Rams made off with a 78-58 win. For the Rams, this counts as revenge for the 48-39 victory the Patriots walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2023.
Homewood's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Latham Binkley, who went 7 for 13 en route to 16 points plus five rebounds and two blocks, and Daniel Vinson, who had 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jace Harden, who earned six points.
The win got Ramsay back to even at 2-2. As for Homewood, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
As of now, neither Ramsay nor Homewood have any future games scheduled.
