Volleyball Recap: Wamego Comes Up Short

Wamego's tournament run continued when they took on Minneapolis on Saturday. The Red Raiders fell 2-0 to the Lions.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-14.

Ryann Langvardt paced Wamego's offense, picking up eight kills. Langvardt got some help from Marie McVay and her six assists.

Wamego now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Minneapolis, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Wamego has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Chapman on the 2nd. Minneapolis has also already played their next game (against Lyons), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
