Basketball Game Preview: Conroe Tigers vs. Aldine Mustangs

Meanwhile, it may have taken triple overtime to finish the job, but Aldine ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged Nimitz out 72-70. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Aldine's win came from a few key players Conroe will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jorge Castro, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 11 boards. Those 11 rebounds gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jameson Kegler, who posted 13 points along with six assists and three steals.

Aldine's win bumped their record up to 23-13. As for Conroe, they pushed their record up to 15-17 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.
