Baseball Recap: Sun Prairie West Takes a Loss

Sun Prairie West lost against Oconomowoc back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Wolves lost 15-8 to the Raccoons. The Wolves' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Emerson Adamowski was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and one triple. Those RBI were his first of the season.

Sun Prairie West's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Oconomowoc, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sun Prairie West will face off against Madison La Follette at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolves are facing the Lancers at the right time seeing as the Lancers are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Oconomowoc, they will take on Arrowhead at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Raccoons' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
