Football Game Preview: Garnet Valley Jaguars vs. Springfield Cougars

Garnet Valley has won three straight games at home, while Springfield has won three straight on the road dating back to last season, but those streaks won't matter much on Friday. The Jaguars will host the Cougars at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

On Friday, Garnet Valley made easy work of Upper Darby and carried off a 29-7 win. Given the Jaguars' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania football rankings (they are ranked 102nd, while the Royals are ranked 252nd) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Springfield blew past Radnor, posting a 50-14 victory.

Springfield's win bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Garnet Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 6-2.
