Marshall waltzed into their contest on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Tea Titans, sneaking past 58-56. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Titans, too.

Marshall pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.3 points per game. As for Tea, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marshall and Jackson County Central will face off at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played. As for Tea, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against O'Gorman at 3:00 p.m. Tea has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 193 points over their last three games.
