The Cougars have beaten the Tigers the last seven times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Tigers has come to flipping the script.

Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew Kankakee Valley out of the water with a 70-31 final score. With the Vikings ahead 35-14 at the half, the game was all but over already.

21st Century Charter now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Valparaiso, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

21st Century Charter strolled past Valparaiso in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 by a score of 75-57. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Vikings' Caden Crowell, who shot 55% from the field to rack up 21 points.
