Carbondale won against Marion last Tuesday with 47 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. The Carbondale Terriers breezed by the Cahokia Comanches to the tune of 47-6. The Terriers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Carbondale and bumps their season record up to 15-13. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 1-20 Cahokia (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 36.5% over those games). As for Cahokia, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-20.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Carbondale will take on Mascoutah at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Cahokia, they will face off against Marion at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
