Football Recap: Los Altos Takes a Loss + How To Watch

The Los Altos Eagles came up short against the Gunderson Grizzlies on Friday and fell 20-7.

Gunderson's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Greg Darling, who picked up 156 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Darling got the majority of those receiving yards when he pulled down a pass and took off for a gain of 93 yards. Another signal caller making a difference was Andrew Fernandez, who threw for 309 yards and two touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes.

Los Altos' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Gunderson, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Los Altos will head out to square off against Bellarmine College Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Gunderson, they will face off against Oak Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
