Basketball Recap: Paris Comes Up Short

Paris was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 44-18 to the Pittsburg Pirates. The game marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Paris' defeat dropped their record down to 12-14. As for Pittsburg, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-4 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Paris will take on Bonham at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pittsburg, they will challenge North Lamar at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
