Volleyball Recap: Augusta Southeastern Takes a Loss

Augusta Southeastern lost against Athens back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Suns fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 2-1. The Suns have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Augusta Southeastern's loss dropped their record down to 13-2. As for Athens, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 13-3.

Augusta Southeastern has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against New Berlin on the 20th. As for Athens, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Carrollton on the 20th.
