Football Recap: Riverside Christian Academy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Tabernacle last Friday, Riverside Christian Academy came back down to earth. Riverside Christian Academy was dealt a 56-20 loss at the hands of the Lighthouse HomeSchool Warriors on Friday. Riverside Christian Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-6.

Lighthouse HomeSchool found their leader in sophomore JOE BEASON, who rushed for 81 yards and one score, and also threw for 64 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes. JACE MITCHELL was another key player, rushing for 36 yards and a pair of TDs.

Riverside Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Riverside Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 54-28 loss against South Haven Christian on the 29th. As for Lighthouse HomeSchool, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 45-6 win against Varsity Opponent on the 29th.
