Basketball Recap: Olive Comes Up Short

Olive lost against Mounds back in December of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Wildcats were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 47-46 to the Golden Eagles.

Olive's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Mounds, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Olive has already played their next contest, a 38-27 defeat against Yale on the 5th. Mounds has also already played their next matchup (against Haskell), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
