Volleyball Game Preview: Immaculata-La Salle Royal Lions vs. True North Classical Academy Titans

The Immaculata-La Salle Royal Lions will head out on the road to square off against the True North Classical Academy Titans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Immaculata-La Salle comes in on six and True North Classical Academy on four.

Immaculata-La Salle is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over Somerset Academy South Homestead. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Royal Lions have posted since March 22nd.

Meanwhile, True North Classical Academy got the win against Sunset on Friday by a conclusive 3-0.

While True North Classical Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 26-24, 25-21.

Immaculata-La Salle's victory bumped their record up to 15-6. As for True North Classical Academy, they pushed their record up to 17-11 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Immaculata-La Salle suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to True North Classical Academy when the teams last played back in March. Can the Royal Lions avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
