Agua Fria had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Deer Valley Skyhawks. This was a revenge game for the Owls: when they faced off against the Skyhawks back in March, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

Agua Fria got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-21, 18-25, 32-30.

Jamarcus Hollins paced Agua Fria's offense, picking up 13 kills. Hollins got some help from Xavier Matthews and his 28 assists. Charles Tacker controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Agua Fria pushed their record up to 19-5 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Deer Valley, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 18-8.

Looking ahead, Agua Fria will face off against Cactus at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Deer Valley, they will take on Paradise Honors at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
