New Designs Watts can bid farewell to their nine-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Tuesday. They breezed by the Burton Scorpions to the tune of 76-17. The Knights' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

New Designs Watts got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Martavius Watson out in front who went 12 for 15 en route to 28 points. That's the most points Watson has posted since back in December of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of Magic Haynes, who posted 20 points and four blocks.

New Designs Watts' first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-8. As for Burton, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
