Volleyball Recap: Gilbert Takes a Loss

Gilbert lost against North Central on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Indians fell 2-0 to the Knights.

Gabby Esposito paced Gilbert's offense, picking up four kills. Esposito got some help from Kaylie Spires and her eight assists.

Gilbert's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4. As for North Central, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

Coming up, Gilbert will take on Gray Collegiate Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Central, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Buford at 6:30 p.m.
