Bloomfield easily dispatched North Daviess last Thursday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. The Bloomfield Cardinals fell just short of the Vincennes Lincoln Alices by a score of 45-42 on Friday. The Cardinals' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Bloomfield still got an impressive performance from Blake Neill, who posted 13 points.

Bloomfield's loss dropped their record down to 13-6. As for Vincennes Lincoln, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.
