Softball Recap: Owyhee Storm vs. Eagle Mustangs

Owyhee faced Eagle in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Storm put the hurt on the Mustangs with a sharp 8-1 win. The Storm haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Hailey Brennan spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on three hits and racked up 13 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in 11 consecutive appearances.
