Colton Hyde posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. He struck out seven batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits (and not a single walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in February.
