Volleyball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Foshay

Foshay had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They came out on top against the Math & Science College Preparatory Sharks by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Foshay walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the fourth set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 23-25, 27-25, 25-14.

Foshay's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Math & Science College Preparatory, the loss snapped their winning streak at six matches and leaves them with a 11-7 record.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Foshay will square off against rival Animo South Los Angeles at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Math & Science College Preparatory is set to challenge their familiar foe Horace Mann UCLA Community at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
