Sparks barely beat Reno the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Railroaders were the clear victors by a 7-0 margin over the Huskies on Saturday. Give Sparks' defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Their offense was hitting Reno from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. David Knowles led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Sparks' win bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Reno, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

Sparks didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 victory against Reed on the 24th. As for Reno, they have also already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Spanish Springs on the 24th.
