Dakota barely beat Utica Eisenhower the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Cougars were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Eagles on Thursday. The Cougars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by six runs or more this season.

Dakota is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.7 runs over those games. As for Utica Eisenhower, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-10.
