Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Airline). They slipped by the Captain Shreve Gators 69-68 on Friday. The victory almost wasn't to be: the Vikings were down 20-7 in the fourth quarter.

Ben Taylor continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 573 yards and seven touchdowns while completing 71.7% of his passes, and also rushing for 52 yards on only five carries. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for four or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
