After losing to Eaton the last time they met, Carlisle decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Indians came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 7-3 on Monday.

Carlisle's win bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Eaton, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 7-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Carlisle will head out to face off against Bellbrook at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Golden Eagles will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Indians surely won't give up without a fight. As for Eaton, they will challenge Brookville at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Blue Devils have averaged an impressive 9.9 runs per game this season.
